We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Creating lasting relationships with our customers is our goal.
Our items are returnable. You may return your item for an exchange or for in-store credit within 14 days of purchase. We do require that returned items and their packaging remain in their original factory condition. *Returns/exchanges that do not meet these requirements will not be credited and will be returned to customer.
Here are 7 Helpful Tips to make the process smooth:
1 - the item MUST be in BRAND NEW CONDITION including the wig box and/or other packaging.
2 - the Wig Tags are factory attached. Leave them in place while you try on your new item.
3 - fibers can easily pick up odors including but not limited to perfume or smoke. Keep the item in it’s original box as much as possible.
4 - DO NOT alter the wig in any way! DO NOT cut, style, add spray, gel or make other alterations until you are sure about your purchase.
5 - if your purchase was shipped to you with a packing slip, include this slip which will help us to process your return.
6 - you have up to 14 days to make your return. But remember, it must be in Brand New Unworn Factory condition.
7 - A 15% ($9 minimum) restocking fee per item will be charged to cover inspection and other miscellaneous costs to ensure items are in perfect condition.
Before sending your return please send us a notification about the return to email@example.com including your name, order number and reason for return and we will provide you with return instructions.
We want to make the return process as smooth as possible, so make sure items are in in factory condition otherwise we reserve the right to send the item back to you and charge you for the return shipping & handling as needed.
